Template Management
The Templates feature provides a centralized, editable collection of standard incident-related communications templates for administrators or CIRT leaders. These templates are designed to provide concise, informative messages and updates to internal and external staff, regulatory entities, business partners, and such. This feature provides a framework for such communications, saving valuable time during cyber incident response activities.
To access Templates, navigate to the Templates tab. From there, you can view, edit, and export any template and create your own.
